Elizabeth has had life long training in the arts. She was trained classically in ballet, is an award-winning violinist and was trained in Fine Art.
She attended the Glassell School of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas. Elizabeth attended Sam Houston State University and received an Associates Degree in the Arts. She is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Elizabeth paints in abstractions because it provides a limitless area for the intangible. Her work is constantly evolving in conjunction with and in reaction to her own personal evolution. The hallmark of Elizabeth's work is the use of color, movement and intensity.
Elizabeth Dawson is a seven-time internationally and nationally award winning American Contemporary Artist. She has exhibited in Huntsville, Alabama, Houston, Texas, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, New York, New York, Dublin, Ireland and will be appearing in Paris, France in June of 2015.
